1. Services

We provide creative and technical visualization services, including architectural rendering, 3D modeling, animation, floor plans, virtual tours, and related deliverables for marketing, presentation, and design communication purposes.

2. Quotes, Scope, and Orders

Any quote, estimate, or proposal is non-binding until accepted in writing by both parties. Project scope, timelines, pricing, deliverables, and revision rounds must be agreed in writing. Work requested outside the agreed scope may be billed separately.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and timely information, files, approvals, and feedback needed for the project, including where relevant:

• plans, drawings, CAD files, models, measurements, and specifications;
• reference imagery, brand assets, and design direction;
• timely approvals and consolidated feedback; and
• confirmation that you have the right to use the materials you provide.

4. Revisions and Approvals

Unless otherwise stated in writing, pricing includes only the revision rounds specified in the applicable quote or proposal. Additional revisions, changes in direction, or late-stage changes may lead to extra fees and updated timelines. Final approval of deliverables is your responsibility.

5. Fees and Payment

Fees and payment terms are set out in the relevant quote, invoice, or service agreement. We may require an advance payment or deposit before work begins. We may pause work or withhold final files until invoices are paid in full.

6. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all concepts, drafts, work-in-progress files, source files, internal production files, templates, workflows, and libraries remain our property. Upon full payment, you receive the usage rights expressly granted in the relevant agreement, quote, or invoice.

7. Client Materials

You retain ownership of the materials you provide to us. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive right to use, reproduce, modify, and process those materials solely for the purpose of providing the services.

8. Portfolio and Promotion

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we may display completed work in our portfolio, website, social media, presentations, and marketing materials. If a project is confidential, that must be agreed in writing before the project starts.

9. Timelines and Delivery

Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly confirmed as fixed in writing. Timelines may change due to delayed materials, delayed feedback, scope changes, force majeure events, or other matters outside our reasonable control.

10. Confidentiality

We will use reasonable care to keep confidential materials shared for a project private and to use them only as needed to perform the services. This does not apply to information already public, already lawfully known to us, or required to be disclosed by law.

11. Website Use

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or use it in violation of applicable law or the rights of others.

12. No Guarantee

We do not guarantee any particular commercial result, sales outcome, planning approval, investment decision, or marketing performance from the use of our services or deliverables.

13. Disclaimer

The website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill, or opportunity. Our total liability arising from a claim related to the website or services will not exceed the amount actually paid to us for the specific services giving rise to that claim.

15. Termination

Either party may terminate a project in accordance with the applicable quote, agreement, or written terms. If a project is terminated, you remain responsible for payment for work completed and costs incurred up to the termination date.

16. Third-Party Services

Our website may use or link to third-party tools and services, including hosting, analytics, form handlers, payment providers, or embedded content. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of third-party services.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Tallinn, Estonia, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the website or our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
