Every project is priced as a whole, never per image and never by the hour. What moves the number is the mix of views, how complex the scene is, how ready your files are, the resolution you need and how much art direction the brief calls for. The first view carries the whole scene build; each further angle of the same building costs a fraction of the first, because the scene already exists. Upload what you have and one fixed price comes back within 30 minutes, without a sales call.

A single view is usually about a week from the day we have your files. A full set runs two to three weeks. You see the building as an untextured clay model within the first few days, which is the cheapest point to move the camera or change the hour, then a photoreal first-look preview early enough to still change materials and light cheaply. The rest of the set comes off that same finished scene.

Two rounds are included in every project. After that we refine until you sign off; the fee buys the result, not a fixed number of tries. Locking the camera at the clay stage, before materials go on, is what keeps most projects well inside the two included rounds.

Yes, in shape rather than in a published number. Extra angles of a building we have already built cost a fraction of the first, because the scene exists and does not need rebuilding. A set of six views of one project is priced very differently from six views of six unrelated ones, and we will show you that ratio on request rather than publish one number that fits no actual brief.

You do. Full usage rights to every delivered image are included: brochures, portals, hoardings, press, social and planning submissions, for as long as you like. There is no separate licence and no per-use fee. The 3D scene itself stays with us, which is what keeps a later view of the same building cheap; if you need the geometry itself, that is 3D modeling, priced separately, on the 3D modeling page.

Yes, as standard, and without being asked. We work under NDA, keep every scene and file private, and never publish a project or use it in the portfolio without written permission. Unbuilt developments and competition entries are exactly the kind of work we are trusted with.
