One studio in Estonia, clients in 17 countries

3D Studio is one studio in Tallinn, Estonia. We work for architects, developers and interior designers in the Nordic countries, the rest of Europe, the UK, the USA, Canada and Australia.

The building and the market change from one country to another. The process does not: a fixed quote, a clay model, a preview, then the final images.

Most of our work is in the countries closest to us. 99 of the 290 images in our portfolio are from Estonia, 59 from Finland, 50 from Norway, 22 from the UK and 10 from Sweden. We also have work in the USA, Canada, Australia and other European countries.

Each country and city page below explains the local building market, what local clients usually need, the time difference with our studio, and the files and invoicing details. Where we have projects in that place, the page shows them. Where we do not, the page says so.

Brief

Brief and fixed quote

Upload CAD, PDF, Revit or SketchUp files, or a photo of a sketch. We prepare the brief from your files, so there is no questionnaire. You get one fixed project price and a delivery date within 30 minutes.

Clay model of a market-hall interior, no materials and no light yet
Days 1-3

Clay model

We build the 3D model without materials and place the camera. The viewpoint, lens, height and time of day are agreed on this grey model, when changes are quick and cheap.

Week 1

Preview render

The same view with materials, lighting and surroundings added. You see it early, while the light and the finishes can still be changed easily. 2 revision rounds are included, and we keep refining until you approve.

Delivery

Final render

The approved image, fully finished and delivered in 4K, with larger sizes for print on request and full usage rights. Every further view in the set uses the scene already built, so each extra image costs much less than the first.

Do you have an office in my city?
No. We have one studio, in Tallinn, Estonia, and every project runs remotely: you upload the files, we agree the camera views with you on a clay model, and the images come back by download link. Each location page explains the time difference and the practical details for that place.
Why is there no page for my city?
We make a location page where we have work or regular clients. We work in many more places than are listed here: our clients are in 17 countries. If your city has no page, the process is the same, and our how it works page explains it.
Does the price depend on the country the project is in?
A quote depends on the project: the number of views, the amount of detail and the deadline. We do not have different price lists for different countries. We invoice in euros, US dollars, pounds or another currency, and have local bank accounts in the main currencies, so you pay as you would pay a local supplier.
Which languages can we work in?
English with every client, and Estonian with clients in Estonia. Drawings with text in other languages, such as Finnish, Norwegian or Swedish, are not a problem. If something is unclear, we ask in English before we quote.
How are files sent between countries?
You upload the drawings and models with the quote form, or send a file transfer link. The finished images come back as a download link. Large models are fine, and nothing needs to be posted or printed.
