Every angle after the first is cheaper

Modeling the building and lighting it right is most of the cost of the first image. A second view, a third, an aerial of the same scheme: all of it reuses the same model, so a set costs nothing like the sum of its parts.

That is true on day one of a project, and still true when a client comes back two years later for a second phase.

A file from several years ago opens the same way a file from last month does. When a repeat client asks for a phase-two aerial with phase one already built, the studio reopens the original scene rather than starting again, and prices the smaller job it actually is.

Camera and light, settled before materials

Every project is blocked out as an untextured clay model first: standing point, lens, height and the hour of day, agreed before a single material is applied. It is the cheapest moment in the project to change any of them, and the reason a first photoreal preview lands close to right.

NDA without being asked

Unannounced schemes, competition entries and unbuilt developments are commercially sensitive by default. The studio works under NDA as standard and does not publish a project without permission, named client or not.

Clay model

We build the 3D model without materials and place the camera. The viewpoint, lens, height and time of day are agreed on this grey model, when changes are quick and cheap.

Preview render

The same view with materials, lighting and surroundings added. You see it early, while the light and the finishes can still be changed easily. 2 revision rounds are included, and we keep refining until you approve.

Final render

The approved image, fully finished and delivered in 4K, with larger sizes for print on request and full usage rights. Every further view in the set uses the scene already built, so each extra image costs much less than the first.

Neither, exactly. It is a studio: one process, one point of contact and one visual standard, applied by a vetted bench of 3D artists rather than a fixed in-house headcount. You brief the person building your scene directly, not an account manager relaying notes.
Where is the studio based, and can you work on a project in my country?
3D Studio is based in Estonia. Work runs on files and video calls, and location has not been the constraint on a project since 2013: the studio has delivered across 17 countries in Europe, North America and Australia. Time zone, not geography, is the real variable.
How is a project priced?
Per project, not per image. Upload your drawings and the first reply is a fixed price and a delivery date, back within 30 minutes. For open-ended work, such as ongoing 3D modeling, we also work by the hour.
What happens if a client comes back for a second project?
