At minimum, we need floor plans or CAD drawings that show the layout and dimensions of the space or building. Ideally, you’d also provide elevations, sections, material specifications, and any reference images that communicate the design direction or mood you’re going for.
We work with files from AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, ArchiCAD, and most other industry-standard formats including DWG, RVT, SKP, 3DM, and IFC. If you have a BIM model, that’s even better — it gives us detailed material and construction data that translates directly into more accurate renderings with fewer revision rounds.
If you’re at an early concept stage and don’t have formal drawings yet, we can also work from sketches, PDF plans, or even hand-drawn layouts — we’ll discuss feasibility and any limitations during the initial consultation. The more detail and reference material you provide upfront, the faster we can deliver final visuals that match your expectations.
