Chef de projet
3D rendering for property marketing teams and the agencies they hire. One scene, built from the architect's drawings, then cut to the hoarding, the portal listing, the brochure spread and the paid social, under your brand rather than ours.
We only take a limited number of projects each month, so every scene gets top quality.
A hoarding, a portal listing, a brochure spread, an email header, a 4:5, a 1:1 and a website hero three times wider than it is tall.
Commission those as seven separate images and you get seven pictures that do not quite match. Build one scene and every one of them is a crop of the same evening, with the same sun on the same building.
So the camera is set once, knowing what has to come out of it. A 21:9 header and a 4:5 for paid social are not the same picture, and a frame composed for one of them loses the building in the other. We frame the master with both in mind, leave headroom where the logo lockup and the strapline sit, and keep the horizon where a square crop still has ground under it.
The second thing that follows is cost. Because what exists is the scene rather than the pictures, phase two, a winter version, or the extra format your media buyer added in week three are re-renders of something already built. That is the cheapest kind of change in this craft, and it is why a launch is quoted per project rather than per image.
Hoardings print on a date. The portal listing goes live on a date. The media is usually booked before anybody has seen a single image, which is the constraint we quote against. Send the drawings and you get one fixed price and a delivery date within 30 minutes, so the line item can go into the plan before the scheme has even been approved.
An untextured clay view lands within days, which is where the camera and the hour of the day get agreed while moving them still costs nothing. Two revision rounds are included, then refinement until you sign off.

White-label is the default rather than an upgrade. No watermark, no credit line, no logo in the corner, and nothing published anywhere without your written permission. We sign an NDA without being asked, because an unannounced launch is commercially sensitive long before it is a campaign.
How visible we are is your call. Usually we are a supplier your client never hears about. Sometimes we join a call under your brand to answer a technical question about what the drawings do and do not support. Either is normal, and files arrive named the way your asset library expects them.

Full usage rights come with the delivery: print, out of home, the portals, paid social, the brochure and your client's own site. There is no per-channel licence to renew, and extending the campaign into another market or another language does not start a second conversation about what you are allowed to run.
The scene stays built on our side as well. When phase two arrives, or the developer wants the same block in snow because the launch slipped to January, that is a re-render rather than a rebuild, and it is priced like one.

Most campaigns want all four, which is why they are quoted as one project.

The one frame the campaign hangs off: the approach, at the hour the building is best in, framed so the hoarding, the site header and the 4:5 are all crops of it rather than three commissions.

One interior per apartment type, so a buyer sees the layout being sold to them. Same light and same palette across the set, so page four of the brochure still reads as the same building.

The gym, the residents' lounge, the roof terrace, the courtyard. The shared parts carry the price per square metre, and they are usually the last thing anybody remembers to commission.

3D floor plans, cutaways and 360 tours for the portal and the sales suite. The small assets that do the closing after the hero has done the attracting.
An Estonian studio working since 2013 across the Nordics, the Baltics, Europe, the UK, the US, Canada and Australia. Comments in the evening, a revised frame by morning.
Unconsented schemes, competition entries and unannounced launches are commercially sensitive. We work under NDA without being asked and never publish a project without permission.
No account-manager layer. Send the files, get a real number, talk to the person building the scene. Fewer hand-offs is why the first preview lands closer to right.
Across a set, or across years of repeat work, the light, materials and camera discipline hold. Ten freelancers cannot do that, and it is visible on page four of a brochure.

Upload CAD, PDF, Revit, SketchUp or a photograph of a sketch. We build the brief from your files, so there is no questionnaire, and reply with one fixed per-project price and a delivery date within 30 minutes.

The building goes up as untextured geometry and the camera is placed in it. Standing point, lens, height and the hour of the day are settled on a grey model, which is the cheapest moment in the project to change any of them.

Materials, real light and the context around it. Deliberately early, while the light and the finishes can still change cheaply. Two revision rounds are included and in practice we keep going until it is right.

Every further view comes off the scene already built, which is why the second image of a building costs a fraction of the first. 4K as standard, larger crops for print on request, full usage rights.
Residential schemes in Estonia, Finland and Norway. Client names are withheld wherever the launch was under NDA, which is most of them.

Being the half of the pitch nobody sees is normal for us, so working behind an agency's brand takes no special arrangement.

The facades and streetscapes a campaign leads on, in real context and real light.
