How are referrals tracked?
You get your own partner link and a reader code with your name in it. We credit you when a client comes through your link, types your reader code into the quote form, arrives from your site, or names you in their brief or on a call. The link counts for the visit in which the client sends us a brief, and the reader code works any time.
Can I register a client before I introduce them?
Yes. Email us the company name before the introduction and we confirm in writing that the client is yours.
When and how do I get paid?
Within 7 days of the client paying us, by bank transfer, Wise or PayPal. Commission is paid on money the client has actually paid, on the project value excluding VAT. There is no minimum payout.
What about deposits, cancellations and refunds?
Deposits and part payments count: commission is paid within 7 days of each payment the client makes. If a project is cancelled or refunded, commission applies only to the money we keep.
Does the 10% really have no end date?
Yes. You earn 20% or 30% of the first project from every client you send, then 10% of every project after that for as long as they work with us. 125 of 220 of our clients have come back for another project.
How do I reach 30%?
Once 3 clients you referred have paid us within any 12-month period, every new client's first project pays you 30% instead of 20%. It stays at 30% for as long as you keep that pace: 3 paying referred clients in the last 12 months.
Can I combine a partner commission and a white-label discount?
No. Each project earns either a partner commission or a white-label discount, never both.
Can white-label work appear in your portfolio?
No, never. Work we make for a white-label agency is never shown in our portfolio or on our social media. The client is yours.
Do I need to mark my partner link?
Yes. Like any commission link, please mark it as sponsored (rel="sponsored"). It still sends your readers to us and still counts as yours.
