How are referrals tracked?
You get your own partner link and a reader code with your name in it. The link is recorded when a client sends us a brief in the same visit, and the reader code works any time: the client types it into the quote form. If a client names you in their brief or on a call, it counts as yours even without the link or the code.
When and how do I get paid?
Within 7 days of the client paying us, by bank transfer, Wise or PayPal. Commission is paid on money the client has actually paid, on the project value excluding VAT. There is no minimum payout.
Does the 10% really have no end date?
Yes. You earn 20% of the first project from every client you send, then 10% of every project after that for as long as they work with us. 125 of 220 of our clients have come back for another project.
Can I combine a partner commission and a white-label discount?
No. Each project earns either a partner commission or a white-label discount, never both.
Can white-label work appear in your portfolio?
No, never. Work we make for a white-label agency is never shown in our portfolio or on our social media. The client is yours.
Do you pay for a place in a list or review article?
No. We pay commission on paying clients, never for a link or a placement. Please mark your partner link as sponsored.
