The short version

What is a sales launch package?

The complete set of sales material for a new development, made from one 3D model and delivered together: the images, the floor plans and the website that sells the homes.

Buyers decide off-plan from three things: what the building looks like, what their home looks like, and which homes are still free.

Most developers buy these from three suppliers: a rendering studio, a floor plan service and a web agency. Each one rebuilds the project, the dates slip, and the website shows something slightly different from the brochure.

We build the model once. The renders, the 3D floor plans and the website all come from it, so every image matches, every home on the website has its real floor plan, and a change in the design is made in one place.

What decides the price of a sales launch package

    One building or several, and how many floors and homes the selector shows.

    The number of exterior, interior and aerial views, and whether there is a video.

  • How many home types

    Each home type gets its own 3D floor plan. Mirrored types cost much less.

  • The state of your drawings

    A BIM model or CAD drawings are quickest. PDF drawings work too.

  • Website features

    Languages, an embed in your existing site, or a 3D view of the building.

  • Changes after sign-off

    2 revision rounds are included. A redesign after approval is new work, and we say so before we start.

What is in a sales launch package?
The renderings (exterior, interior and aerial), a 3D floor plan for every home type, a hero video, and a project website with an apartment selector, all made from one 3D model of your development. The exact set is agreed in the quote.
How does the apartment selector work?
Every home is outlined on the building image. Buyers filter by floor, bedrooms and price, click a home to see its floor plan, size, price and status, and send a question about that home. Try the live demo.
How do we update which homes are sold?
Your sales team edits a shared spreadsheet, and the website shows the change. No developer is needed to mark a home reserved or sold.
We already have a website. Can we still use this?
Yes. The project website can live on its own address, or the apartment selector can be embedded into the website you already have.
Who hosts the website after launch?
Our web partner hosts it and makes changes after launch, on a monthly plan agreed before the project starts. You own the content and the domain.
Which languages can the website have?
Any. Estonian, Finnish and English are ready in the template, and other languages are added from your translations.
How much does it cost?
