A hillside house has to be shown on its real slope, with the retaining walls, the terraces and the view. An ADU has to be shown in the garden next to the main house, at its real size. A multifamily building on a commercial street has to be shown with its ground-floor shops and the street trees. We model the site and the neighbouring buildings from your survey and photographs.

Brief

Brief and fixed quote

Upload CAD, PDF, Revit or SketchUp files, or a photo of a sketch. We prepare the brief from your files, so there is no questionnaire. You get one fixed project price and a delivery date within 30 minutes.

Days 1-3

Clay model

We build the 3D model without materials and place the camera. The viewpoint, lens, height and time of day are agreed on this grey model, when changes are quick and cheap.

Week 1

Preview render

The same view with materials, lighting and surroundings added. You see it early, while the light and the finishes can still be changed easily. 2 revision rounds are included, and we keep refining until you approve.

Delivery

Final render

The approved image, fully finished and delivered in 4K, with larger sizes for print on request and full usage rights. Every further view in the set uses the scene already built, so each extra image costs much less than the first.

Can you show a hillside house on its real slope, with the retaining walls?

Yes. Send the survey with the contours and the site plan. We model the slope, the retaining walls, the steps and the terraces as drawn, so the house sits on the site the way it will be built. Photographs from the site help us get the view right.

Do you render accessory dwelling units (ADUs)?

Yes. An ADU is a small project, and it goes through the same process as a large one. We usually show it in the garden next to the main house, so the owner and the neighbours can see its real size. One exterior and one interior view is a common set.

Can we get the same house at noon and at sunset?

Yes. Both images come from the same 3D scene, so the second one does not need a new model. Only the sun, the sky and the lights in the house change.

Do you work for builders and homeowners, not only architects?

Yes. We work from the drawings you have, whoever made them. A builder can send the permit set, and a homeowner can send the architect's plans. If something that the image needs is not in the drawings, such as a material or a colour, we ask before we quote.
