Houston grows outwards and fast: master-planned communities in the suburbs, townhouses on small lots inside the city, and offices, medical buildings and warehouses along the main highways.

A home builder sells the same house plan many times, so one 3D model has to give many images: each elevation style, each colour scheme and each interior option.

Houston has no zoning code. Land use is controlled mainly by deed restrictions and by the rules of each development, so very different buildings can stand close together. Images that show a project in its real surroundings, with the highway, the parking and the neighbours, help buyers, tenants and lenders understand it.

Our portfolio does not include a Houston project yet. 18 of our portfolio images are from projects in other parts of the USA, most of them houses, and one is an aerial view of a coastal housing development in Florida. How a project runs

Brief

Brief and fixed quote

Upload CAD, PDF, Revit or SketchUp files, or a photo of a sketch. We prepare the brief from your files, so there is no questionnaire. You get one fixed project price and a delivery date within 30 minutes.

Days 1-3

Clay model

We build the 3D model without materials and place the camera. The viewpoint, lens, height and time of day are agreed on this grey model, when changes are quick and cheap.

Week 1

Preview render

The same view with materials, lighting and surroundings added. You see it early, while the light and the finishes can still be changed easily. 2 revision rounds are included, and we keep refining until you approve.

Delivery

Final render

The approved image, fully finished and delivered in 4K, with larger sizes for print on request and full usage rights. Every further view in the set uses the scene already built, so each extra image costs much less than the first.

Can you render one house plan in several elevation styles and colour schemes?

Yes. We build the plan once and then change the front elevation, the materials and the colours for each option. Because every option comes from the same model, the camera, the light and the landscaping stay the same, and buyers can compare the options side by side.

Can you render a whole master-planned community from the land plan?

Yes. Send the land plan with the lots, the roads, the lakes and the parks, and the plans of the house types. We model the community in simple form for the aerial views, and in full detail where the camera is close, such as the entrance and the amenity centre.

Houston has no zoning. Does that change the images we need?

It does not change the process, but it often changes the context. A new building can have very different neighbours, so we model what is really around the site, such as a highway, a parking lot or older houses, from your survey, photographs and maps.

Do you render offices, medical buildings and warehouses?

Yes. Commercial and industrial buildings go through the same process as houses. Our portfolio includes offices, logistics buildings and warehouses, many of them in Finland, where 17 of our portfolio images show offices.
