  • 9 live developer and project websites, checked in October 2026, with a note on what each one does for a buyer.
  • The useful features are an availability list, an apartment finder, floor plans, a district map and one clear enquiry action.
  • A development website works best when its renders, film and floor plans come from one 3D model.
  • 3Dstudio.co did not build any of the websites on the list.

The best real estate developer websites let a buyer see which homes exist, what they look like and how to ask about one, in a few clicks. This post lists 9 live websites of residential projects and developers in the UK, the USA, Austria and Australia, and describes what each one does. We checked all of them in October 2026.

A property developer website has a different job from an estate agent site. It sells homes that may not be built yet, so it relies on renders, floor plans and a clear status for every home. After the list, a short section covers what every development website needs. For the images and floor plans behind such a site, see our visualization for real estate developers.

About this list: it is written by 3Dstudio.co, and 3Dstudio.co did not build any of these websites. We chose them as described below, loaded each one in October 2026 and describe only what we saw on its pages. The entries are in alphabetical order and are not a ranking. Featured on this list and something has changed? Contact us through 3dstudio.co and we will update the entry.

How we chose these websites

We looked at public websites of residential development projects, residential towers and developers in markets where new homes are sold before they are finished. A website is on the list when it meets these points:

  • It is the public website of a residential project or of a developer’s residential portfolio.
  • It loaded in October 2026, and we could see and capture its home page without accepting any cookies.
  • It has at least 1 feature that helps a buyer decide: an availability list, an apartment finder, floor plans, a map or a tour.
  • We did not build it, and its images are not our work.

Websites change often. Availability, prices and menus on these sites will differ from what we saw, so use the list as a source of ideas and open the live site for the current version.

Real estate developer websites compared

The last column lists what we noted on each site, not a score. Sites that look similar from the outside can work very differently once a buyer starts to look for a home.

Website Place Type of site What it does that we noted
aspern Seestadt Vienna, Austria City district Interactive district map and a page per topic of daily life
Central Park Tower New York, USA Single tower Availability table with a floor plan button on every row
Chelsea Barracks London, UK Residential estate A page per building, a masterplan page and an enquire button in the header
Goodluck Hope London, UK Project One page per home type, with a status for each layout
Harbourside Residences Sydney, Australia Project Now selling list with size, rooms and status per apartment
London Square London, UK Developer Filters by price, bedrooms and type, with a map view
One Manhattan Square New York, USA Single tower Availability tables by bedroom count, for sale and for lease
The Capston London, UK Project A short menu and a register button on every page
TrIIIple Vienna, Austria Project Apartment finder by tower, floor level, specification and orientation

Real estate developer website examples

Each entry has a screenshot of the home page, a note on what the site does and one idea to copy. The order is alphabetical.

aspern Seestadt

aspern Seestadt is a whole city district in Vienna, and its website works as a guide to living there. The top menu has 4 entries (the district, living, business and visiting), with a search box and an English and German switch beside it. The living section has its own pages for housing, lakes and parks, leisure, shopping, culture, education and health. A separate page offers an interactive district map of building projects, shops, parks, schools and mobility points.

What to copy: Give the area its own pages and a map. For a large scheme, buyers choose the neighborhood as much as the home.

Central Park Tower

Central Park Tower is a single residential tower in New York, and its site keeps to a short menu: availability, films, team and inquire. The availability page is a table with one row per residence. It shows bedrooms, bathrooms, interior area, the offering price, the monthly charges and taxes, and a button that opens the floor plan as a PDF file. A gallery of tower views sits below the table, and other pages cover the residences, the views, the amenity club and the park.

What to copy: Put the numbers a buyer compares in one table, with the floor plan one click away.

Chelsea Barracks

Chelsea Barracks is a large residential estate in London. The home page opens with a film of a penthouse, and an enquire button stays in the header. The live menu has a page for each residence building and one for the townhouse, and footer links lead to pages by area and by number of bedrooms. The estate section has a masterplan page and pages for the garden squares, and a journal carries news and press. A resident login is in the header and a developer portfolio page is in the footer.

What to copy: Give every building its own page, so each can answer its own search and its own enquiry.

Goodluck Hope

Goodluck Hope is a riverside project in London with a simple site. The menu has 6 entries: live here, amenities, location, transport, events and get in touch. The live here page splits the homes into apartments (suites and 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms), townhouses and lofts, and each type has its own page. On the 1 bedroom page, one layout shows a starting price and another is marked sold out, and each layout has a typical plan. The contact section gives the sales gallery address, the opening arrangement (by appointment) and a phone number and email.

What to copy: State what is sold. A buyer who can see the real status trusts the rest of the page.

Harbourside Residences

Harbourside Residences is the residential part of a larger waterfront project in Sydney, and the site has tabs for residential, retail and office. Its now selling page lists apartments one by one with the address, the size in square meters, the numbers of bedrooms, bathrooms and car spaces, and a status such as now selling or under offer. Visitors can filter the list by price, bedrooms and parking, and sort it by price. The page also gives the days and hours of the sales suite and has an enquiry form under the list.

What to copy: List homes as rows with a status. It answers the first question a buyer asks.

London Square

London Square is a developer, so its website has to present many projects at once. The find your home page has filters for status (current, future or past), maximum price, minimum bedrooms and home type (studio, apartment, house, duplex or penthouse). A switch changes the view from a grid of cards to a map. Each card names the development and its home types, with a starting price or a sold out label. Area guides, buying schemes and customer reviews sit around the listing.

What to copy: If you build in several places, filter by what the buyer knows (budget, bedrooms, area).

One Manhattan Square

One Manhattan Square is a residential tower in New York. Its availability page is split into homes for sale and homes for lease, and each group has tables for 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms. A sale row shows the residence, bedrooms and bathrooms, area, price, monthly charges and taxes, and a link to the floor plan. A lease row shows the rent and the floor plan. A virtual tours section with videos follows the tables, and the residences page shows 2 interior schemes, called dusk and dawn.

What to copy: Split sale and lease clearly, and group homes by bedroom count.

The Capston

The Capston is the final phase of a larger development in London, and its site is small. The menu has 5 pages (vision, pavilion, amenities, residences and location) and a journal, and a register button stays in the top right corner. Short looping films run on the home page, and the amenities page names each shared space. The footer gives the sales gallery address with a directions link, an email and a phone number. We found no list of homes for sale. The site sends visitors to a register form instead.

What to copy: If you sell by appointment, keep one clear action visible on every page.

TrIIIple

TrIIIple is a Vienna project with 3 towers. The home screen has just 3 large tiles: a film, the apartment finder and a model apartment, with an English and German switch. The apartment finder works in steps. The visitor chooses a tower and then a floor level, then the basic specification, then the orientation. The site also has pages for living, offices, the plaza and the location.

What to copy: Use a step-by-step finder when the buyer does not know the unit number.

What every development website needs

The sites above differ in size and style, but the useful ones share 6 things. Use them as a checklist when you plan a site for your own project.

1. Renders and film that match each other

Before a building exists, the pictures carry the whole site. The renders, the film and the floor plans should come from one 3D model, so the facade, the light and the materials agree on every page. A hero image, a hero film and a few interior views are the usual start. Our guide to pre-construction marketing renderings explains what to order at each stage.

A 3D exterior rendering of a white and dark gray apartment block seen from the street, the kind of main image a project website opens with.

2. A floor plan for every home type

A buyer compares layouts before anything else. List each home type with its size, its rooms and a floor plan, as the tables on the New York sites do. A furnished 3D floor plan is easier for a buyer to read than a flat drawing.

3. Availability that is easy to read

Show every home with a status: available, reserved or sold. A table works, as does a clickable building where each home is outlined on the facade. Our apartment selector demo shows the clickable version with sample homes. Whichever format you use, whoever sells the homes must be able to update it without a web developer.

4. The neighborhood and the site plan

A buyer also chooses a street, a school and a way to work. A location page with a map and a site plan answers that. An aerial view of the scheme shows how the buildings sit between the parks and the roads, which a street view cannot do. See our exterior rendering service for aerial and street views.

5. A tour or a 360 view

A 360-degree view lets a buyer look around a terrace or a living room from one spot. It also helps buyers who live in another city and cannot visit the sales suite. See our virtual tours and 3D animation services for tours and films made from the same model.

6. An enquiry flow that is quick

Keep one action visible on every page: an enquiry button, a register form or a phone number with the sales gallery hours. Chelsea Barracks and The Capston both keep one in the header. Ask for the minimum (name, email and the home of interest) and say when the buyer will hear back. Our guide to real estate development marketing shows where the website fits in a full launch.

What we supply for a development website

3Dstudio.co is a visualization studio in Tallinn, Estonia. We offer the pictures and the interactive parts that a development website is made of: the CGIs, a 3D floor plan for every home type, a hero video and an apartment selector. All of it comes from one 3D model of your scheme. Hosting and changes after launch are handled by our web partner, on a monthly plan agreed before the project starts. See what a real estate developer website from us includes.

This set is the core of our sales launch package, which combines renders, floor plans, a hero video and a project website with an apartment selector. If you only need images, ask for the renders and floor plans on their own. See how pricing works for what moves the price of a project.

Send the drawings and the home list to get a quote. You get a reply within 30 minutes: a fixed price and a delivery date, or the 1-2 questions we need answered first.

Questions about real estate developer websites

What is the difference between a developer website and a project website?

A developer website presents the company and all of its projects, as London Square does. A project website presents one building or one scheme, as The Capston, TrIIIple and the 2 New York towers on this list do. A developer can have both, with the project websites linked from the company site.

Should a development website show prices and availability?

Several sites on this list show availability, and some add prices. Others show only a status such as sold out or under offer, and some ask the visitor to register. Whichever you choose, keep it current, because a buyer who finds a sold home listed as free stops trusting the rest of the site.

Can a development website work in more than one language?

Yes. aspern Seestadt and TrIIIple both switch between English and German. A project website from our sales launch package can have any language, with the texts added from your translations.

Who makes the images for a developer website?

Usually a visualization studio, from the architect’s drawings. The same 3D model can produce the renders, the floor plans, a hero video and the building view used by an apartment selector, so everything on the site matches.

Do I need an apartment selector?

It is most useful when many homes are similar and a buyer needs to narrow them by floor, size or price. A small scheme can work with a list of homes and a floor plan for each type. The apartment selector demo shows how a clickable building view works.

Need the images and the selector for a project website?

Send the drawings and the home list. Get a reply within 30 minutes. We supply the CGIs, floor plans and selector; hosting is by our web partner.

We take a limited number of projects each month.
