  • 11 studios compared by location, founding year, services, Clutch rating and latest dated work.
  • A city list and a services table help you shortlist by location and need.
  • Every other entry uses facts from the studio's own website, LinkedIn page or Clutch profile.
  • US advice on time zones, imperial units, usage rights and NDA.

This list compares 11 architectural rendering companies for US projects: 7CGI, Applet3D, Binyan Studios, Neoscape, NoTriangle Studio, Rendimension, SPINE3D, The Boundary, Trim Render, VISUALHOUSE and 3Dstudio.co (our studio). Each entry shows where the studio is based, when it was founded, what it offers and the latest dated work we found, checked in October 2026.

The 10 other studios share 3 things: architectural visualization is a core or named service, they have a US office or US clients, and each has dated work or posts from 2024 or later on its own site. If you want to know how we work, see our architectural visualization service.

About this list: it is written by 3Dstudio.co, and we include ourselves, marked as our studio. Every other entry uses facts from the studio’s own website or its Clutch profile, checked in October 2026.

How we chose these studios

We started with the studios that appear in searches for architectural rendering companies in the USA and kept the ones we could check on their own websites. Apart from our own studio, which is based in Estonia, a studio was included when it met these points:

  • Architectural visualization is its core business or a clearly named service. Some creative agencies on this list also offer film and branding.
  • It shows a public portfolio, and we found work or posts from 2024 or later.
  • It has a US office or works for US clients.
  • Its website states what services it offers and who it works for.
  • It has an independent profile, such as Clutch, where one exists. Some studios have none, and that is not a mark against them.

We did not include studios where we could not confirm all of these on the studio’s own site: a US office, visualization as a named service and dated work from 2024 or later. We also left out studios that mostly make product images and studios whose sites we could not check. A field we could not find is marked “not listed”.

The studios

The entries start with our own studio and then follow in alphabetical order. Each one describes what the studio says about itself. It is not a ranking.

3Dstudio.co (our studio)

3Dstudio.co is an architectural visualization studio in Tallinn, Estonia, in business since 2013. We work remotely, and our portfolio includes projects located in the USA, such as a beach house in Miami. We have completed 1,247 projects for 215 client companies in 17 countries, and 125 of 220 clients came back for another project (see our architectural rendering portfolio). We are rated 5.0 on Clutch, and you can read reviews of 3Dstudio.co on our site. You upload your files, and a fixed quote and delivery date come back within 30 minutes. An untextured clay model comes first, so the camera position and time of day are agreed while changes are cheap. Every project includes 2 revision rounds and full usage rights, and we work under NDA as standard. If we miss the agreed delivery date, the set is free. Best for: US architects and developers who want one fixed price and a delivery date before work starts.

How to choose a rendering company in the USA

A portfolio shows what a studio can make. Check the points below with any studio before you send files. For the full checklist, read our guide to how to compare 3D rendering companies.

Diagram of the workday overlap between a New York client and a studio in Tallinn, showing a short shared window for calls and files sent in the evening answered by the morning
Workday overlap between a New York client and a studio in Tallinn: a short shared window for calls, files sent in the New York evening and answers ready by the next morning.
  • Time zones: the contiguous US has 4 time zones. Tallinn is usually 7 hours ahead of New York and 10 hours ahead of Los Angeles. The gap is 6 hours to New York for a few weeks a year, because the US and Europe change their clocks on different dates. A late-afternoon call in Tallinn is a morning call in New York. A morning call in Los Angeles falls in the Tallinn evening, so with a West Coast client, agree on written feedback.
  • Imperial units: US drawings use feet and inches. Ask the studio to confirm the units before modeling, and check the dimensions at the clay model stage, before materials are added.
  • How to read a portfolio: look for projects like yours in type and scale. Check that the studio shows clay models or drawings next to the finished images. For a home interior, see how to choose an interior rendering studio.
  • Marketing and pre-construction sales: developers selling off-plan need images early, often before the design is final. Our guide to rendering for pre-construction marketing covers what to prepare.
  • Usage rights: check that you can use the images on brochures, listing portals, site banners, press and planning submissions without a new fee.
  • NDA: an unbuilt project is usually confidential, so ask whether the studio signs an NDA before you send files.
  • Price model: ask whether the price is fixed before work starts and what the quote includes.

Put these points in writing before work starts: the number of views, the resolution, the number of revision rounds, the delivery date, usage rights and the NDA. If you want to compare us with your shortlist, request a quote with your drawings, a PDF or even a photo of a sketch.

Questions about 3D rendering companies in the USA

Which 3D rendering companies in the USA focus on architecture?

Several studios on this list say architecture is their main focus. NoTriangle Studio calls itself a boutique architectural visualization studio, Rendimension describes itself as a U.S. architectural visualization firm, and Trim Render offers architectural rendering from Miami Beach. 7CGI and Applet3D also cover product rendering.

What is the difference between 3D visualization companies and architectural rendering companies?

The terms overlap. Architectural rendering companies focus on images of buildings. 3D visualization companies may also make film, VR, digital sales tools or brand content. Neoscape, for example, describes itself as a creative agency, and VISUALHOUSE as a creative production studio. For both, visualization is one of several services. If you need film, see our architectural animation guide.

How much do 3D rendering companies in the USA charge?

This list does not compare prices. You will meet 3 price models: a price per image, a price per project and a price by the hour. The price moves with the number of views, the size and complexity of the scene, how ready your files are and the resolution. When you compare quotes, check what each one includes: revision rounds, resolution, usage rights and a fixed delivery date. We price each project as one fixed price agreed before work starts. See how we price a rendering project and what drives 3D rendering cost.

Which 3D rendering companies are in New York, Miami or California?

In New York: VISUALHOUSE, The Boundary, Neoscape and Binyan Studios. In the Miami area: Rendimension, Trim Render and SPINE3D, plus a VISUALHOUSE studio. In California: NoTriangle Studio in Fremont and a VISUALHOUSE studio in Los Angeles. The city section above lists each office.

Do I need a rendering studio in my own US city?

Not for most projects. A studio can work remotely from drawings, and the drawings give the building while photos or a map give the surroundings. At 3Dstudio.co nobody needs to visit the site. A nearby time zone helps with quick answers, so decide how often you need live calls.

What should I send a rendering company for a quote?

Send DWG, Revit, SketchUp or IFC files, or PDF plans and elevations, and say whether they use feet and inches. Add material and finish notes, reference images, site photos or a map pin, the views you need and your deadline. A photo of a hand sketch is enough for us to quote. A studio outside the US can work from US drawings if it accepts your file formats and confirms the units. See how our process works.

Is this list of US rendering companies independent?

No. It is written by 3Dstudio.co and includes us, marked as our studio and placed first. Every other entry uses only facts from the studio’s own website, LinkedIn page or Clutch profile, checked in October 2026. The other studios are in alphabetical order, with no ranking and no paid placement.
