Sweden is a smaller market for us than Finland or Norway, but the work there is the same kind of building: new housing areas, terraced houses, and holiday homes in the mountains and on the coast.

Swedish new-build homes are usually sold before construction starts, so the buyer chooses from images and floor plans.

A Swedish housing area is often planned as a whole: rows of terraced houses, shared green space and paths between them. An aerial view shows the whole plan, and street-level images show what it is like to live there. For a holiday home, the images show the setting first: the mountain, the forest or the sea.

Days 1-3

Clay model

We build the 3D model without materials and place the camera. The viewpoint, lens, height and time of day are agreed on this grey model, when changes are quick and cheap.

Week 1

Preview render

The same view with materials, lighting and surroundings added. You see it early, while the light and the finishes can still be changed easily. 2 revision rounds are included, and we keep refining until you approve.

Delivery

Final render

The approved image, fully finished and delivered in 4K, with larger sizes for print on request and full usage rights. Every further view in the set uses the scene already built, so each extra image costs much less than the first.

Can you render a whole Swedish housing area from the detailed development plan?
Yes. Send the detaljplan or the site plan with the house drawings, and we model the whole area: the houses, the roads, the green space and the terrain. An aerial view of the whole area and street-level views of the first phase can then come from the same model.
Can you make floor plans for a Hemnet listing?
Yes. We make 3D floor plans for each home type, in one style for the whole project, with furniture that shows how the rooms can be used. Send the architect's plans as DWG or PDF.
Do you make product images for Swedish furniture and building product companies?
Yes. Our 3D product rendering starts from a CAD file, a drawing or a sample, and the product can be shown on a plain background or in a rendered room.
Why does your portfolio have fewer Swedish projects than Finnish or Norwegian ones?
Because most of our Nordic clients so far have been in Finland and Norway. Our portfolio has 10 Swedish images, 59 Finnish ones and 50 Norwegian ones. The building types, the climate and the way a housing project is sold are very similar in all three countries, and the process is the same.
Can you work from drawings with Swedish text on them?
Yes. Room names, notes and material labels in Swedish are not a problem. If something in the drawings is unclear, we ask about it in English before we quote, not after.
