Brief

Brief and fixed quote

Upload CAD, PDF, Revit or SketchUp files, or a photo of a sketch. We prepare the brief from your files, so there is no questionnaire. You get one fixed project price and a delivery date within 30 minutes.

Days 1-3

Clay model

We build the 3D model without materials and place the camera. The viewpoint, lens, height and time of day are agreed on this grey model, when changes are quick and cheap.

Week 1

Preview render

The same view with materials, lighting and surroundings added. You see it early, while the light and the finishes can still be changed easily. 2 revision rounds are included, and we keep refining until you approve.

Delivery

Final render

The approved image, fully finished and delivered in 4K, with larger sizes for print on request and full usage rights. Every further view in the set uses the scene already built, so each extra image costs much less than the first.

Can you make a floor plan for every suite type in a Toronto condominium?

Yes. We make 3D floor plans for every suite type, in one style, with furniture that shows how each room can be used. For a large building, the typical floors are drawn once and the variations are drawn from them, so the set stays consistent.

Can you show a mid-rise building on an avenue with the houses behind it?

Yes. We model the street, the neighbouring buildings and the houses behind the site from your survey, photographs and maps. A view from the rear lane or the side street can show how the building steps down towards the houses.

Can the images show the finishes packages that buyers choose from?

Yes. The model suite is built once, and each finishes package is a change of materials in the same scene: the flooring, the kitchen, the counters and the bathroom tiles. The camera and the light stay the same, so buyers can compare the packages side by side.

Can you make images for a community consultation meeting in Toronto?

Yes. We make eye-level views from the street and the neighbouring properties, from the viewpoints you need to show, with the neighbouring buildings modelled at their real size. Tell us the meeting date when you ask for a quote.
