In Norway new homes are usually sold from plans, months or years before they are built, so the images and the floor plans are the first thing a buyer sees.

A Norwegian buyer looks for the view, the light and the outdoor space, so these are what our Norwegian images show first.

Norwegian sites are often steep, on the coast or in the mountains, and the view is a large part of the value of a home. We model the terrain from your site plan and height data, and we place the camera at the height of each balcony or terrace, so the view in the image matches the site.

50 of the 290 images in our portfolio are from Norwegian projects: 27 exteriors, 7 aerial views, 7 floor plans, 6 interiors and 3 360 tours. 47 of them show homes: apartment buildings, detached houses and cabins.

What Norwegian developers need

What cabin projects need

Cabins are sold on the setting. We render them in summer and in snow, with the turf roof, the dark timber and the rocks and terrain as they are drawn, and with light in the windows at dusk.

Views for the zoning plan (reguleringsplan) and the building application, and images that let a private client approve a house before the build starts.

Everything runs remotely. You upload the files, we agree the camera views with you on a clay model, and the final images come back by download link. Norway is outside the EU, which changes the invoice but not the work.

How a project runs

The same 4 stages for every project, wherever it is

Brief

Brief and fixed quote

Upload CAD, PDF, Revit or SketchUp files, or a photo of a sketch. We prepare the brief from your files, so there is no questionnaire. You get one fixed project price and a delivery date within 30 minutes.

Days 1-3

Clay model

We build the 3D model without materials and place the camera. The viewpoint, lens, height and time of day are agreed on this grey model, when changes are quick and cheap.

Week 1

Preview render

The same view with materials, lighting and surroundings added. You see it early, while the light and the finishes can still be changed easily. 2 revision rounds are included, and we keep refining until you approve.

Delivery

Final render

The approved image, fully finished and delivered in 4K, with larger sizes for print on request and full usage rights. Every further view in the set uses the scene already built, so each extra image costs much less than the first.

Ask us directly

Can the view from each balcony be shown as it really is?

Yes, if we have the information. Send the site plan with height data and photographs or drone photographs taken from the site. We place the camera at the height of the balcony and match the view to the photographs. Without photographs we model the terrain and the main landscape from maps, and say so in the quote.

Can you render a cabin project in snow for a winter sales launch?

Yes. 11 of our Norwegian portfolio images are winter scenes: cabins with snow on the roof, lit windows at dusk and a fire pit. The same 3D model can also be rendered in summer, so you have both seasons for the sales material.

Can you make floor plans for every apartment type in the prospectus?

Yes. We make 3D floor plans for each apartment type, in one style for the whole project. 7 of our Norwegian portfolio images are floor plans. Send the architect's plans as DWG or PDF.

Norway is not in the EU. How does invoicing work?

We invoice in euros or Norwegian kroner (NOK). No Estonian VAT is added to the invoice for a Norwegian business. Your accountant handles the Norwegian VAT on services bought from abroad in the normal way. The payment terms are written in the quote.
