Most new homes in Dubai are sold off-plan, often at a launch event, years before the tower or the villa community is finished.

At an off-plan launch the images are the product, so they must be ready, consistent and accurate before the first sale.

Dubai projects are large and fast: residential towers on the water, villa and townhouse communities, branded residences and hotels. A launch needs a full set in a short time: the tower from the water and from the road, the arrival, the lobby, the pool deck, typical apartments with the view, and a floor plan for every unit type. The same set is used in the brochure, on large screens in the sales centre and on the property portals.

Our portfolio does not include a project in Dubai or the UAE yet. The images on this page are from projects with similar building types and finishes: residential towers, villas with pools, hotel and spa interiors and a hillside coastal town. Each one is labelled with the country it is really in.

Brief

Brief and fixed quote

Upload CAD, PDF, Revit or SketchUp files, or a photo of a sketch. We prepare the brief from your files, so there is no questionnaire. You get one fixed project price and a delivery date within 30 minutes.

Days 1-3

Clay model

We build the 3D model without materials and place the camera. The viewpoint, lens, height and time of day are agreed on this grey model, when changes are quick and cheap.

Week 1

Preview render

The same view with materials, lighting and surroundings added. You see it early, while the light and the finishes can still be changed easily. 2 revision rounds are included, and we keep refining until you approve.

Delivery

Final render

The approved image, fully finished and delivered in 4K, with larger sizes for print on request and full usage rights. Every further view in the set uses the scene already built, so each extra image costs much less than the first.

Can you deliver a full launch set before a fixed launch date?

Yes, if you tell us the date first. We take a limited number of projects each month, so a fixed date can be planned for. The hero image is finished first for the early marketing, and the rest of the set follows from the same scene.

Can you render branded residences and hotel interiors to an operator's brand standard?

Yes. Send the brand standard with the drawings, and we follow its materials, colours, lighting and furniture rules. If the standard and the drawings do not agree, we ask which one to follow before the first preview.

Do you work with master developer design guidelines?

Yes. Send the guidelines for the community, and we follow their rules for facade materials, colours, heights and landscaping, so the images match what the master developer will approve.

Can the images be used on large screens in a sales centre?

Yes. We deliver 4K images as standard, and larger sizes for large screens and for print on request. Tell us the screen sizes and the formats you need when you ask for a quote, so the cameras are planned for them.
