To outsource 3D rendering is to send your drawings to an outside studio and get finished images back, so you do not need a visualiser on your own payroll. We build the 3D model from your CAD, Revit, SketchUp or PDF files and deliver the renders on a date we agree before we start.
You keep the design and the relationship with your client. We take the modelling, the lighting and the rendering.
Outsourcing 3D rendering works best when the work arrives in waves. A competition deadline, a sales launch or a planning submission needs many images in a few weeks, and then there is little work for a while. A full-time visualiser is idle between those peaks, and a team without one cannot meet them. A studio takes the peak, and the quiet weeks cost you nothing.
The 3D model is built from your real drawings, so heights, window positions and material boundaries come from your files and not from a guess. Every view of a project comes from that one model, which keeps a whole set of images consistent.
You have no visualiser in the team, a deadline is close, or your own artists are fully booked. It also suits a project that needs several views, because the first image sets up the model and the next ones cost less.
A quick sketch to test an idea at your own desk is usually faster to do yourself. Outsource the images that your client, a jury or a buyer will see.
The design, the choice of view and the final approval. We agree the camera and the light on a grey model before any material is added, so you decide before the detailed work starts.
Wondering what affects the price? The cost factors are listed below, and how a project runs shows each step.
Four kinds of work, all built from your drawings. Most projects start with one and add the others from the same model.

Upload CAD, PDF, Revit or SketchUp files, or a photo of a sketch. We prepare the brief from your files, so there is no questionnaire. You get a reply within 30 minutes: a fixed price and a delivery date, or the 1-2 questions we need answered first.

We build the 3D model without materials and place the camera. You check the view, the layout and the light on the grey model, while a change is still quick. No materials are added until you approve it.

After you approve the grey preview, we add materials, light, furniture, planting and people. You review the render, and 2 revision rounds are included.

You receive the approved images in 4K, with larger sizes for print on request, and without our branding if you need white-label delivery. A later view of the same project uses the model that already exists.
One fixed price for the project, agreed before work starts, not a day rate. Here is what moves it. Price ranges are on the pricing page.
One view, or a set for a competition or a sales launch. Further views of the same project cost less than the first.
A single house is a smaller job than a block with several facades, or a whole site seen from above.
A 3D model or clean CAD drawings are quickest. A PDF or a sketch also works, and we agree the geometry with you before any rendering.
A supplied material list is followed exactly. Furniture, planting and people take more time when we choose them ourselves.
2 revision rounds are included. A new design after you approved the image is new work, and we tell you before we start it.
A later view of a project we have already built costs less than the first. Repeat work is priced project by project in the same way.
A short list, so that the first reply can be a price and not a question.
Opens the upload form. Send what you have; no sales call.
Teams that outsource architectural rendering to us usually have the same need: images for a client, a buyer or a planning submission, without hiring a visualiser.
You have the design and the drawings, and no visualiser on staff. We turn them into images for clients, planning and competitions.

Want to see how a project runs? Read how it works, or look at the portfolio.
Six questions worth asking any studio, including us. A good answer is specific and comes with an example.
Look at finished images of the same type as yours: exterior, interior, aerial or floor plan. A studio that is strong in one type can be average in another.
Ask for one price for the whole project and a delivery date before any work starts. An hourly rate or an open estimate leaves the risk with you.
Ask whether the geometry comes from your CAD, Revit or SketchUp files. Sizes that are guessed, or generated by an AI tool, produce images that do not match your building.
Look for a grey model stage, where the view, the layout and the light are agreed before materials are added. Ask how many revision rounds are included.
You need one person who knows your project, not a different name every week. Ask who that is before you send anything.
Ask for an NDA before you send drawings. If you resell the work, ask whether the files come without the studio's branding and whether the project stays out of its portfolio.
Each one fits a different situation. None of them is the best choice every time.
Best when you need images every week and want the person next to the design team. The costs run all year, including the quiet months, and one person is your only capacity in the busy weeks.
Good for a single image, or for a person you already know and trust. The risk is that everything depends on one person: if they are booked or unavailable, your project waits, and the next image may look different.
A team covers the model, the light and the finishing, so a project does not stop when one person is away, and a set of images keeps one look. The trade-off is that a studio works to its own process: you brief once and review at agreed stages.
If you sell 3D rendering to your own clients, or you need extra capacity when your own team is full, you can use us behind your own brand.
The final images carry no name or logo of ours, so you can send them straight to your own client.
If you ask for white-label delivery, the project is not added to our portfolio or posted on our social media. We sign your NDA on request.
You write to one person who knows the project, so your questions do not pass through several people.
A reply within 30 minutes, a fixed price and date, a grey preview, 2 revision rounds and 4K files.
