Free GLB viewer
And glTF, with materials and textures

Drop a GLB or glTF file from Blender, Sketchfab, Shopify, a configurator or an AR app and see it in 3D with its materials and textures, its size and its triangle count.

Nothing is uploaded: the model opens in your browser on your own computer.

Free, no sign-up. Your file stays on your computer. It is opened in this browser tab and is never uploaded to us or anyone else.

  • GLB and glTF with textures and PBR materials
  • Size, triangles and parts listed
  • Save as OBJ, STL, STEP or 3DM
How it works

How to open a GLB file online

3 steps, and the file never leaves your computer.

1. Drop the file

Drop a .glb, or a .gltf with its .bin and texture files selected together. It opens in 3D straight away.

2. Look around

Rotate, pan and zoom. The parts are listed beside the model, with the size and the triangle count below it.

3. Save a copy if needed

Save the model as OBJ with materials, STL for 3D printing, STEP for CAD or 3DM for Rhino.

What you see

What the GLB viewer shows

What to check before a model goes on the web or into AR.

Materials and textures

Base colour, metal and roughness textures are shown as the file defines them, so you can check a product model before it goes on a web shop.

Triangles and size

The triangle count shows whether a model is light enough for the web or AR, and the size shows whether it was saved in the right units.

Parts

Every mesh in the file is listed, so you can find a part that is missing, duplicated or named wrongly.

What it does not do

Animations are not played and the file cannot be edited. It is a viewer and converter, not a 3D editor.

From 3D file to images

What we make from 3D models

Designers, developers and manufacturers send us their 3D files to be turned into images and films that sell.

GLB viewer FAQ

Questions about GLB and glTF files

Formats, materials, size and privacy.

Ask us a question
What is the difference between GLB and glTF?
They hold the same 3D model. glTF is a text file that points to separate .bin and texture files; GLB packs everything into one binary file, which is easier to share.
How do I open a glTF that has separate files?
Select the .gltf, the .bin and every texture file together and drop them at once. Dropped alone, a glTF opens without its textures.
Can I check a model for AR or a web shop?
Yes. The triangle count and the size tell you whether the model is light enough and saved in the right units. Most web shops and AR viewers want under 100,000 triangles.
Is my model uploaded?
No. The file is opened in this browser tab on your own computer and is never sent to us or anyone else. It is free, with no sign-up.
